This notice describes how Plant Delta Feed (plantdeltafeed.com) handles information when you use our website or subscribe to weekly change reports.

What we collect

• Account and billing contact details you submit when purchasing or requesting pilot access.
• Support messages you send to our support email.
• Operational logs needed to run the service (delivery status, error traces, entitlement state). We do not store full payment card numbers — payment processing is handled by our payment provider.

Public FSIS data

Change reports are derived from the official public USDA FSIS MPI establishment directory. That source data is already public. Our processing adds provenance hashes, normalization, and vendor-fit research tags. Vendor-fit tags are not purchase-intent claims.

What we do not collect on this website

• Third-party advertising trackers (none are embedded)
• Secrets, API keys, or credentials via contact forms

Retention and your rights

Customer account data is retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and support. You may request export or deletion of account data by emailing support@plantdeltafeed.com.
