Service description
Plant Delta Feed provides a weekly digest of material changes detected in the official FSIS MPI establishment directory, with provenance and verification evidence. It is a sales-intelligence aid, not a marketplace, credit bureau, or purchasing system. We are not affiliated with USDA, FSIS, or the U.S. government.
No purchase-intent warranty
Directory changes and vendor-fit tags do not mean a plant is buying equipment, services, or software. You remain responsible for lawful, truthful outreach and for verifying current official FSIS records before contacting any establishment.
Pricing and billing
Founding pilot pricing is $149 per month within the disclosed $99–$199 per month range for a weekly verified change report (CSV + email). Live billing and live checkout are not enabled until separately announced. Billing terms, renewal interval, and cancellation steps are disclosed at checkout. Charges occur only after you complete a purchase action.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support. Refunds are handled per the policy disclosed at checkout. Contact support@plantdeltafeed.com for help.
Acceptable use
- No scraping or redistributing beyond the license granted at purchase
- No unlawful spam, impersonation, or purchased-list abuse
- No attempt to reverse or bypass entitlement, rate limits, or access controls
Limitation of liability
The feed depends on a public government source that can change schema, omit fields, or correct records. Failed or partial fetches are fail-closed and must not be treated as empty change sets. Plant Delta Feed is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law.
